完整规则
- 欧盟法律本身没有写明照片规格：《签证法》要求提供照片，欧盟委员会《签证手册》规定须符合 ICAO Doc 9303 照片规范。不合规的照片不予接受。
- 照片不得超过 6 个月。
- 宽 35–40 mm。
- 头部及肩部上沿的特写，面部占照片的 70–80%。
- 德国官方样张表把 70–80% 落实为 35 x 45 mm 照片上 32–36 mm 的脸高，并说明只有脸高小于 27 mm 或大于 40 mm 时才应拒收。
- 在纯净浅色背景前拍摄 — 德国样张要求单一明亮颜色，理想为中性灰，浅发用中灰、深发用浅灰，绝不能有图案，脑后无阴影，画面中无其他人或物。
- 光线均匀，面部无阴影、无闪光反射、无红眼。
- 独自入镜，正面对着相机，表情中性、嘴闭合，头不倾斜，不摆艺术照姿势。
- 双眼睁开、清晰可见，头发不得遮眼。
- 戴眼镜时眼睛必须清晰可见：不得有色镜片、镜片不得反光，镜框不得遮挡眼睛任何部分。细框为佳。
- 头饰除宗教原因外不允许，且须清晰显示从下巴底到额头顶、以及面部两侧的特征。
- 对焦清晰、质量高、肤色自然、亮度对比适当、无墨迹无折痕，相纸打印。
- 德国样张另要求至少 600 dpi 打印在高质量相纸上。照片可为彩色或黑白。
- 没有欧盟层面的数字上传通道：申请在主要目的地国领馆递交，采集指纹时照片也可能现场拍摄。
- 各领馆逐份审核申请，可能追加要求 — 请核对你实际前往国家的要求。

A photo in compliance with ICAO standards. ... The photograph to be submitted by applicants must fulfil the standards set out in the photograph specifications as set out in the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) document 9303 Part 1, 6th edition (Annex 11). Photos that do not comply with these standards shall not be accepted. The photo must clearly show the person's facial features from the bottom of the chin to the crown (the top of the head, not the top of the hair) as well as the left and right sides of the face. 申根签证照片有什么要求？

欧盟只公布了宽度，45 mm 的高度从哪来？
来自成员国。德国联邦外交部的官方样张表规定 35 x 45 mm，并写明 ICAO 70–80% 的面部占比在这张照片上换算为 32–36 mm 的脸高。我们使用这些数字并如实标注 — 它是一个成员国的官方文件，不是欧盟统一立法。请核对你实际申请的领馆。
申根签证照片能上传吗？
没有欧盟层面的数字上传。申请在主要目的地国领馆递交，本人到场采集指纹时照片也可能现场拍。我们产出的是一份尺寸正确、供冲印的文件。
该用什么背景颜色？
纯净浅色。德国样张要求单一明亮颜色，理想为中性灰 — 浅发用中灰、深发用浅灰 — 绝不能有图案，脑后无阴影，画面中无他人。
能戴眼镜吗？
眼睛清晰可见就能戴：不得有色镜片、镜片不得反光、镜框不得遮挡眼睛任何部分。细框为佳。头饰仅限宗教原因，且下巴底到额头顶的面部须清晰。
照片能有多旧？
不超过 6 个月，且要和你现在的样子一致。
我们自己的假设
- ⚠️ 欧盟自己只公布了这份规格的一半。《签证手册》指向 ICAO Doc 9303 Annex 11，而欧盟委员会托管的那份 Annex 11 给了宽度（35–40 mm）、脸部占比（70–80%）、6 个月时效及背景光线规则 — 但没有高度。
- 45 mm 的高度和 32–36 mm 的脸高来自德国联邦外交部的官方样张表，它明写 32–36 mm 正是 ICAO 70–80% 的换算；荷兰官方的申根签证清单也独立要求 3.5 × 4.5 cm 的照片。这些都是成员国的官方文件，不是欧盟层面的立法。其他申根国家的领馆可能表述不同 — 请以你申请的那一家为准。
- 我们按官方 35–40 mm 宽度区间的下端 35 mm 排版。
- 申根签证没有欧盟层面的数字提交：你本人到领馆，指纹 — 常常连照片 — 都现场采集。我们产出的是一份尺寸正确、供你冲印的文件，不是可直接上传的提交件。
- 我们没有找到任何欧盟或成员国文本允许用软件改动照片，所以我们绝不替换或修补背景。只裁切、定位、缩放。
- 下巴由 68 点人脸关键点测量；头顶取自抠图轮廓。假设精度 ±5%，仅在合成样张上标定过。
